Dentistes à Hesdin l'Abbé (62360)

I had a check-up with Dr. Regnault last year, and he gave me a very detailed list of how much the treatment would cost, etc. Then, I decided that it would be too expensive (I needed lots of crowns!). So, I went with my friend's recommendation which led me to a Czech dentist, whom, by the way, is not listed in OuchMyTooth.com.

I had some communication problems with this dentist and didn't quite trust his intentions. (He recommended even more crowns than Dr. Regnault had recommended.)

I now see how modern Dr. Regnault's dental office is, how professional he had been, and how well he is able to communicate, after seeing another foreign dentist.

I am going back to Dr. Regnault this week to have thr rest of dental work done (mostly crowns fitted in). I wish I had chosen to see him from the beginning!

Anyone who is considering to see him: I highly and highly recommend him. :)

➖ Points négatifs : Donne des rdv toutes des 10 mn, très ponctuelle donc le patient est vite expédié
Elle ne prend pas ses patients en urgence délai attente 6 semaines .

Apres etre allé aux urgences le week end pour douleurs insupportables au niveau d'une molaire, j'ai consulté ce dentiste pour des soins. Or, ces soins se sont révélés etre une torture!! Et je pèse mes mots!! le praticien est arrivé 20 minutes en retard j'étais son premier rendez vous, de mauvaises humeurs, en colère a l'encontre des soins que l'on m'avait prodigué aux urgences, alors que ces soins m'avaient soulagés. Ce praticien m'a nettoyé le nerf a vif j'aurais du partir!!!

Arrachage de dent de sagesse

➕ Points positifs : L'accueil de l'assistante, le cabinet propre, design, le peu de temps d'attente

➖ Points négatifs : Froideur, aucune explication précédent l'acte (elle aurait pu décrire ce qu'elle faisait au lieu de parler potin avec son assistante), désagréable pendant l'arrachage (elle était plutôt énervée sur le moment), aucune explication après, ne demande pas d'avis sur les médicaments qu'elle prescrit, ne donne pas de glace, il n'y a rien pour se rincer la bouche ni avant, ni après. J'ai pris rendez-vous le lundi, je l'ai eu pour le vendredi et je comprends pourquoi....
